Return & Refund Policy

Return Request Period

You have 7 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return or refund, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

• You must provide photos or videos showing the defect or issue.

• Items such as cosmetics, skincare, or personal-use products cannot be returned, except in case of manufacturing defects.

Refund Process

After your return is received and inspected:

• Credit card payments will be refunded to the original card.

• Bank transfer or PIX payments will be refunded to your provided account.
  Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we confirm the return.
