Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged.

  • The item received is different from the one ordered.

You must contact our support team within 7 calendar days after receiving your order, providing photos or videos as evidence.
If the product is defective, we’ll send a replacement item at no extra cost.

Example: If a customer receives a lipstick with a broken cap, we’ll replace it promptly, free of charge.
